WHAT IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR TRIP?
We understand that there may be situations that arise, and you may need to cancel your trip. However, please note that any trip cancellations will still incur you the initial 20% of the total trip amount paid to us as a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and subject to our cancellation policy.
If you have made a payment of more than 20% while booking the trip with us, the cancellation payment will be reduced to 20%, and the remaining amount shall be refunded via the original payment method.
We encourage our travelers to opt for the option of postponing the trip for the future without any additional charges, rather than canceling the trip and losing the secured deposit.
